The mediaman head of production will be in charge of coordinating the entire production process. Acting as a supervisor, you will lead the project management team in order to achieve accuracy and quality for each project.
You will lead regular communication between all the project managers, and within the project teams.
The successful candidate will be:
- Define and create detailed project plan which identifies the activities to complete the project
- Develop policies and procedures to support the project objectives
- Achieve operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, quality and service standards
- Prepare and meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, schedule expenditures and analyse variances
- Determine and initiate corrective actions
- Explore opportunities to add value to the project
The successful candidate needs:
- Bachelor degree or above in the related field, knowledge and experience in project management
- Proven experience as project director
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to influence, lead and delegate accordingly to the strengths of team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
