Member community platform: TNT Club Orange

TNT Express is one of the world’s largest express delivery companies. With growing business in China, TNT required a platform to support customers. Our client requested a platform to provide a consistent support for the growing number of members. The digital version of this service should offer an easy way to handle requests, with only the necessary information needed. The goal: Encourage existing clients and reaching out to new ones – while always keeping a high quality service and improving TNT’s brand communication and image.
mediaman developed Club Orange – an user friendly online platform for customers of TNT China. Members can earn loyalty points on the TNT international express service and exchange them for cool gifts or get discounts on TNT bills. On top Club Orange informs all members with first-hand information on promotions or campaigns, and keeps a constant proactive communication with its members.
After gaining insight of TNT’s business process, mediaman developed and optimized a user-friendly membership platform, which includes main functions and keeps up continuous, interactive communication to boost brand awareness and loyalty. With a deep understand of the local market, mediaman was able to build a platform that reflects the image of “Mrs. Orange” – the brand motto – everywhere: From design to visual and content. Users can now complete everything they need – quick and easy.
