Initially, mediaman and Scholz & Volkmer proactively approached the common client with a plan for a comprehensive project collaboration. Both agencies had worked for Mercedes-Benz for more than ten years – albeit in different realms.
The client’s reaction was positive and the resulting project complex: a platform to use and manage all existing and future Mercedes-Benz Connect Services, that should also keep customers informed, inspired and entertained. Its goals: customer retention and acquisition.
