The mediaman senior digital project manager will be skilled at getting the best out of people and projects that they oversee. You will be attentive to planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project from beginning to an end. You will manage client relationships, project timelines, project teams and product launches.
You will also ensure the specified deliverables are meeting customer requirements.
The successful candidate will be:
- Define and create detailed project plan which identifies the activities to complete the project
- Develop policies and procedures to support the project objectives
- Achieve operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, quality and service standards
- Prepare and meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, schedule expenditures and analyse variances
- Determine and initiate corrective actions
- Explore opportunities to add value to the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in the related field, knowledge and experience in project management
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to influence, lead and delegate accordingly to the strengths of team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven work experience as a Digital project manager in an agency or comparable industry environment
Experience in strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QC
Hands on experience with project management and collaboration software, like MS Project or JIRA
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
Experience in managing, communicating and building relationships with clients Ability to present and sell solutions to various stakeholders Chinese and/or English language skills
